Placement
We assess your current level free of charge. We identify your strengths and the areas to develop, and map out a route for you.

A Lesson Plan of Your Own
We prepare a personal study plan that matches your goals and your level. We choose your programme and lesson format together and offer you the route that suits you best.

Regular Lessons
You keep learning 2–3 times a week on set days, in interactive, speaking-focused lessons. Every lesson puts taking part and practising first.

At the end of every lesson we review it together, and at the end of each level we share your mark broken down by assignments, attendance and exam. We build on your strengths and support the areas to develop.

What is the difference between a discovery lesson and a consultation?
The discovery lesson is a one-to-one lesson of around 30 minutes with a teacher that gives a general picture of your level, your speaking skills and what you need from a course. Depending on the programme it may be paid, and our advisor will tell you the fee; it is not the same as the online level test, which is free. The consultation is different: it is a planning conversation that goes into more detail on lesson formats, choosing a programme, your goals, suitable times and how enrolment works.
What is a discovery lesson?
A discovery lesson is a one-to-one lesson of about 30 minutes with a teacher before you start, where we look at your level, goals and needs. Depending on the programme it may be paid, and our advisor will tell you the fee. It is not the same as the online level test, which is free.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you tell us in advance that you cannot attend, one-to-one lessons offer more flexible options for making the lesson up. Group lessons cannot be made up.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or EFT, and instalment options are available. Get in touch for pricing and package details.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you pay in instalments and stop attending, the full remaining amount is still due.
